Shipping policy

We at Folksie understand the need to provide our customers with a smooth and easy shopping experience and work tirelessly towards the same. For this reason, we are tied up with a large network of couriers to enable quick delivery of the products in their finest condition.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Clothing products will be shipped within 3-7 working days from the date of receiving the order since most of our clothing is produced on order basis.
• All other products will be shipped within 2 days of receiving the order.
• We ship orders to all parts of India based on the availability of courier services in the delivery location.
• We use couriers including DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket, The Professional Couriers and Bluedart.
• We charge shipping charges of Rs. 50/- on orders below value of Rs. 1000/-. Shipping for domestic orders above Rs. 1000/- is free.

• Covid-19 Update : We are currently accepting orders from all parts of India. Kindly bear with delays in shipping and delivery of products due to the effect of lockdowns in select cities and shipping routes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International orders are presently accepted on a direct basis owing to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic.
