Refund policy

  • We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means the customer has 7 days after receiving the item to raise a return or exchange request
  • We take returns for refunds only in the case of damaged products being received by the customer. In all other cases we take returns in exchange of store credit only.
  • The returned item should be in the same condition that it was received - unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at contact@folksiestore.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • The shipping cost for the return of an item received in good condition shall not be borne by us, but deducted from the store credit.
