Return & Exchange Policy

Easy Returns
  • For returns or exchanges, please email us at within 7 days of receiving the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Returns are accepted in case of damages to the product delivered. In any other cases, we provide store credit for the value of the product minus the return shipping cost with exchange eligibility.
  • In most cases, we will get the return picked up from the delivery address. Incase of areas where regular courier services are not available, returns may have to be shipped back to us by the customer.
  • To be eligible for return or exchange, the merchandise in question should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Refunds shall not be processed in such cases.
  • Once a product is returned to us as per the return policy and is found to satisfy the above conditions, the store credit voucher will be shared.
  • Kindly note that customized products, gift cards and products sold during sale seasons on sale are not eligible for return.
