Cancellation Policy
- An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
- To cancel an order, kindly write to us at contact@folksiestore.com.
- Request you to mention the order number and reason for cancellation of order in the e-mail.
- For paid orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of order placing, the refunds shall be processed from our side in 3 days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Post 24 hours of placing the order, cancellations would not be accepted.
- In such cases, the customer is requested to wait till product is delivered, and if found unsatisfactory please raise a return / exchange request.
