Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel an order, kindly write to us at contact@folksiestore.com.
Request you to mention the order number and reason for cancellation of order in the e-mail.
For paid orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of order placing, the refunds shall be processed from our side in 3 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Post 24 hours of placing the order, cancellations would not be accepted.
In such cases, the customer is requested to wait till product is delivered, and if found unsatisfactory please raise a return / exchange request.
